He is the Managing Director of My Home Constructions Private Limited, one of the leading real estate developers in Hyderabad, India. He joined My Home Constructions Private Limited board in April, 2010. He served as an Executive Director for more than six years and took charge as Managing Director from August, 2016. His meticulous planning played an important role in launching 5 major projects of 17mn sft built up area including Hyderabad’s most luxurious residential project My Home ‘Bhooja’. He was instrumental in partnering with RMZ Corp, Bengaluru for a 10mn sft commercial space project in Hyderabad.

Mr. K.V. Chowdary is having his Masters Degree in Mathematics from the prestigious IIT, Chennai. He was selected to Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax) in the year 1977. He held many important position in the department like Commissioner, Chief Commissioner and finally the Chairman of Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT). After his retirement, he was appointed as an Advisor to the Department of Revenue on issues relating to Black Money by the Government of India. He also served as Central Vigilance Commissioner for four years.

Presently, based in CRH Asia office, Singapore, he is the India Country Director for CRH. Working for over 20 years, he has held various senior managerial roles in CRH, involving quarrying, aggregates, pre-cast, ready mix business and business development in Ireland and China. He started his career in the Middle East working with Stevin Rock and worked for a mining consultancy company in Australia before joining CRH.
